Its so cool how even 1-3% copper oxide is all thats used and still makes a beautiful blue. Even with 325 uncoated magnesium.!!! Who ever said that metallic blues are non existing. well sort of.. when making these rockets, you must first "wet the metals" by mixing the plasticizers, crosslinkers etc. just about everything but the binder. then adding the magnesium.
