Tubes for Time fuse 6mm

2.5 "-35mm - 0,06USD/pcs (min order 100pcs)

The inner diameter is 6.1mm, the outer diameter is 8.5mm, the straight winding sleeve. The tube length is indicated above.

To conduct fire, put black match in the tube.

These tubes can be used to make reports or firecrackers.

It can be used to make a fire tube for shell, but you need to take one size larger.

Kozo-paper.

Sheet 55x98cm - 0,55 USD/sheet.

Kozo-paper 27g /m^2 and thickness 0,05mm is used to pack the husk into a sphere or cylinder.

It passes fire well, but it does not support combustion.

Kozo-paper has a high tensile strength of 270-280 kg/cm2 along the fibers and 150-160 kg/cm2 across the fibers.

I watched your PyroPractic week. Very good. I notice you seem to use some flash powder in your shells. Do you use a standard 70/30 P. perch/Al mixture or different. And how do you mix it ?

I use the so-called (Chinese flash)

The composition is as follows:

45KClO4
25 Al/Mg
20 S
15Al
I knead first
KClO4+Al/Mg+S
And then add plate aluminum powder(0,04-0.08mm)

What are the dark flecks in the fuel grain? Did you use a phlegmatizer and catalyst?

Either the collar of the spindle was dirty or , considering the launch speed , copper oxychloride was used?

I used copper chloride (1%).Perhaps it is copper chloride, or a little dirt got.
Also, I will have a little later video with a full overview of the manufacture of such missiles, as well as fuel preparation.

Whistles 17 and 23.7mm.

Fuel 70/30/1/5 KClO4/Sodium benzoate/Fe2O3/Ti

It is pressed into the plastic case by about half. For 23.7mm this is 14g of composition for 17mm it is 4.5g.
