Here is a simple 5-gallon TLUD cooker which is cheap & easy to make.

Just reading through some comments in this thread. Whats wrong with the Auschems charcoal? They have Willow charcoal, (not just activated charcoal). Their Willow charcoal works really well for me.

I did see your first posting about not having PayPal - that certainly makes things more difficult for you.

 

I should have explained better but what I was actually getting at was that there were a couple of comments that suggested that Auschems charcoal wasn't much good, so I was wondering why they were sayin this? I have found it works great.

 

Hang in there! I am sure that you will find a solution.

If you can't find two paint cans and some pine shaving pet bedding to make charcoal. I don't think you have much chance making anything more complicated.

 

Not trying to be mean but you have to be resourceful and charcoal is one of the easiest things to make.

You might try the hardwood charcoal natural lump style not the briquettes.

Or you could cook your own wood charcoal in a TLUD cooker.
