I guess I could pick formulas that use parlon or shellac and dissolved them in an appropriate solvent but I like NCL for some things and was curious if anyone has experience. I haven't made many colored stars so while I could experiment, I'm not sure I have the eye to tell a difference. The only thing I worry about is that NC burns with a yellow flame. Thanks!
