The content was meant as a joke, but unfortunately there are those who might read it, and then be tempted to do something really dumb and get themselves maimed, or worse. That's the kind of attention our hobby really doesn't need. And I can guarantess that although WE may have room for humor, the authorities have all had a humorectomy.
