caleb
what is the best way to store it and would it ever need to be re-mixed or something. Also, I am planning on making it without sulfur. I was having 2 parts KNO3 and 1 part balsa charcoal. Will this make good BP and what is the difference in using sulfur and not using it.
justanotherpyro
There are formulas for sulfurless BP around. Sulfur lowers the ignition temperature so it doesn't have to be present in BP. BP can be stored for very long periods of time in a sealed airtight container. If it gets damp it can be dried out and still used.
