Could I substitute with KClO3? Also can is substitute red gum for something else for the lancaster chlorate red? Thanks guys, if my wording is not good its becaude Im very sick and tired. redbullzuiper
Yes, you can substitute KClO4 with KClO3. In the composition you named, its ok. As it doesn't contain sulfur or metals. You can substitute Red gum with phenolic resin 1:1. Although I would not reppace it 1:1 but more like 3/4. As the burn rate increases mostly alot with using phenolic. So instead of 12 red gum do 9 phenolic.
