bob
Ok so what do you guys think of this software? http://www.cyberlink.com/store/powerdirector-ultra/buy.html?affid=2581_1052_545_0_0_ENUI am looking for something to do scene changes a little nicer then Windows live movie maker. I also wanted to be able to change the back grounds on and stuff like that, and keep it below $100. So any advise as to if you would get this one or some other one? Thanks in advance!bob

Bobosan
Editing videos can be a bit cumbersome using any phone and it requires a good deal of processing power. I recommend a PC based editor called VideoPad. It does several different transistions, wipes, dub overs, titleing, stills, etc. You can download a free version and upgrade later if you find it useful. http://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/
pyroman2498
Well with my experience with editing heavily, pinnacle Studio would probably be a nice one to have for you -http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/studio/plus/ (Its only 100$), i have the older versoin and it was my first REAL editing program , it was nice, i recemend downloading the Trial version and seeing if it will run on you computer before buying it , if you do so . As of right now i used 4 programs for editing (might want to sit down when you see the price ) Adobe after effects Cs6 ,adobe premiere Pro , cinema 4d , and Sony Vegas pro 11 With all that total the price comes out to be *drum rolls * 5,098$ , now luckily for most ,all i had to do was go to my local collage and ask for the CD's, i told them i was working with our cinema club at school and it would be nice if we could use it. i downloaded them to the computer and as of now i still use them but you wont need anywhere near that much , but i felt like i should give you some choices out of the bunch i use.
