Peret Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 I use the 1/2 inch cylindrical media in my HF mills. It takes about 200 pieces, which weighs about 3 pounds, to half fill the jar. I know it's expensive but it's just so much better than lead. You won't believe how much better until you try it. In my HF mills (I have 3 of them) it cuts the milling time for BP from 12 hours to less than 3, and when I mill plain chemicals like KNO3 and Perc they come out white, not gray.
