blue star binding and priming help

iam going to try this blue star comp . iam wanting to know if i should bind with acetone or water/alcohol?

Potassium perchlorate.............................61

Copper carbonate..................................12

Parlon............................................13

Red gum...........................................9

Dextrin...........................................5

 

would i be ok useing a 2 step prime .

 

skycraft hot prime 1.

 

 

potassium perchlorate 71% =

Charcoal, 14% =

Red gum 9% =

Magnalium 6%

 

followed by a bp prime 2.

 

 

Potassium nitrate 67%

Charcoal, airfloat 14%

Sulfur 9%

Magnalium 5%

Red gum 5%

you can bind this with acetone, water/alc or just water. The prime and method is fine, i use bp meal with no binder over pinball prime and apply the bp while the pinball prime is wet for a ''fluffy surface''.
