I'm sure they won't get the full book thrown at them, most likely because they probably can't afford it and the court knows it. I propose all dumb arses that are found should be posted here to get the Charcoal Pit award. It's not a huge stretch of the imagination to see that there could have been a fire in a public building and a car full of people with permanent hearing loss.
