rocket header problems

I'll add in some info that I forgot to add in the video. The rocket fuel I will be using is blackpowder and the rocket will be a endburner. The inserts might be whistle inserts I don't know yet but that's not important.

How do I fuse my inserts and place in a burst charge. Ive uploaded a video so you know what Im talking about.

You might try a larger header size. There is no room for the break charge with the example in the video.

 

As for fusing, have a look at this page, it should give you some ideas:

You need some space in the center of the shell for the burst. The inserts should be fused with black match.
