Including the staff. How much experience do you have making aerial fireworks? If you've had a good chunk of experience doing so, you shouldn't be asking this question. And if you haven't had a good chunk of experience, you have no business making flash. I suggest you do a lot more reading of the forums. All the answers are already here.
