exssdru Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 Hi there, new user here. I have been making exploading targets, similar to Tannerite, using Ammonium Nitrate as the primary oxydizer. I have been purchasing it through science4u.net, but it is rather expensive (close to $9/lb by the time I pay for shipping and handling). I am having a difficult time finding any other suppliers out there willing to even think about selling me technical grade ammonium nitrate for use in making exploading targets. I don't need to buy a container truck of the stuff or anything like that, but finding a descent price on about a 50lb bag would be nice. Any info would be appreciated.
