FrankRizzo
UN is so expensive because they cater to the kewls that aren't old enough to buy from the real suppliers. What you're seeing on that page are all cup sets, not plugs (not that they can't be used as plugs though). Skylighter sells them, but only in 3/4" and 1" sizes in quantities of 500 or 250. I suggest investing in a set of arch punches and a couple of pieces of copper water pipe to use as sizing dies. You can make plugs from empty cereal boxes, beer/soda boxes, etc. on-demand. Harbor freight usually carries a set and McMaster has higher quality punches available individually. You'll probably want a punch 1/2" bigger than the tube ID so as to have a larger shoulder of 1/4" all around for gluing.
murderskill
Thank you very much!! At least I know where to buy my 3/4 plugs at. All the websites i bought these cup sets from where all labeled as "end plugs" But they work the BEST for end plugs. While using small lipped end plugs its hard to put it in flush with the tube.
