HOWEVER, this latest version of Blog is a complete re-write of previous Blog versions, and NO existing skins will work properly yet. We've addressed this issue as best we can using skin re-mapping, but there are still a couple of little quirks with it. Once skin authors begin writing compatible skins, the problem will go away, but in the meantime please take the following steps when you create your Blog: 1) Once your Blog is created, whether or not you choose the "Friendly URL" option, please go to "My Controls" and under the heading of "Community Blog" choose "Your Blog Settings". 2) Under the resulting page, in the section "Customize the look of your Blog", LOCK your skin to "IPB Classic Blue", then save the settings. 3) If you wish to use one of the existing simple color schemes, rather than the default scheme, go to your Blog and click the "Change Theme" button. Choose one of the existing Themes. 4) If you wish to create your own Color Theme, please read my first Blog entry, which gives a code block to paste into the Theme Creation popup box and instructions on using the Theme Creator.
