But be warned, ANYTHING HOME-MADE is considered 1.3g (commercial), and must be treated as such. There is no such thing as a "legal" home-made cracker, unless you have the proper Type Permit from the Feds, AND your product has passed Federal Testing for certification as a 1.4g (Consumer) firework.
