aquaman Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 It is a high explosive. Part of APAN is Acetone Peroxide which is very unstable and has no practical or safe use in pyrotechnics. Many newbs and kewls talk about it because it is one of the easier HE's to make using easy to find materials.
