Arthur Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Looking for a source of retail dextrin I came up blank. Does anyone have a shareable method for making dextrin please. IIRC it's not hard when starting with cornflour but the batch I made wasn't very sticky.

But, it's typical for home made Dex. AustralianPyromaniac Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Corn starch spread thinly on a baking tray. 200C fan forced. 2 hours minimum. Up to 8 hours for the best result. Mix occasionally for best results but not super important.
