Zumber Posted April 21 Share Posted April 21 Wet mixing using mortor and pestle. Grind each ingredients Separately using coffee grinder to pass atleast 100 or 80 mesh. Then screen three four times without any binder using 60 mesh screen then add water and knead mixture very well, damp mixture such a consistency just like we damp for cut star or pan cake like consistency. Mix using morter and pestle for 30 minutes plus. Then dry it for few days then screen to form powder then mix binder in it & damp with water alcohol (70:30) and make pump star. Zumber Posted April 24 Share Posted April 24 Tiger tail will only perform if it is mixed well due to high amount of charcoal and very less percentage of sulphur. It is relied on oxygen from air when it is functuning. High charcoal and Kno3 if not mixed well it wont function and arries difficulty in burning thats the reason why TT stars function when it is ball milled.
