Zumber Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 Use cotton string or thread soak it overnight in kno3 solution or in bp slurry for 3 hours and then pass it through bp slurry and nozzle and dry it out for two days. Fuse failure might occour if string is not soaked in bp or fall of black powder due to mechanical damage or frequent folding operations after fuse dries totally. Paper fuse with black powder without string is traditional method and paper should be wetted and dried well in Kno3 solution or bp slurry is applied over it with brush and paper is dried well before preparing fuse. -Zumber Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
