Another way use ZeroNet C&P (Chemistry and Pyrotechnics) File Share. Both are them P2P based and third party free. Untill you seed the files there will be online unlimited time. There is no such thing as a service provider deleting them. ZeroNet are using Tor anonymization (optional). Tribler have similar option but test it first. I looked into several option these two options are currently working in the longer term. The great advantage of the torrent is that the content can be shared anywhere as a simple text like a comment using the magnet link URL. And users who download the file will seed it.
