Firing system connectors

For a while I've used a firing system with speaker connectors for the igniter contacts, now I'm looking for some of the single post connectors like a rivet with a spring loaded plastic collar in red or black. Can anyone identify what I mean and give me a lead to a supplier please?

You might contact Simplifire, the manufacturer of the mongoose system. It utilizes this type of connector:

Having used both, my preference is for speaker terminals. It is much easier to tear down wires from speaker terminal boards post-display.

Joeratman is still active on fb. I could probably get you an email if you want. FWIW the owner of "that old [defunct] site" is in prison now :(

I remember about 2009 there was an Australian guy that was advocating for this type of connector, I think his website is here:

I like speaker terminals but I have some built PCBs that have the wrong pitch holes for speaker connectors. I can find some cheap spring connectors but rather fancied the usual firework connector.

The connectors you speak of are called "banana jacks" or "banana posts". you can order them easily through amazon. add "spring loaded" to your search and you'll find plenty
