What is the ideal ratio by weight of Mg S and KNO3 for M80's?

M80's are big loud firecrackers that were a lot of fun, but they've been banned in the US for over 30 years. About3/4 inch in diameter and an inch long.

If they have been banned for 30 years none of us would remember them anyway!

 

Perhaps you should speak to LAPD they had some bangers that were the size of a beer can, doubt they'd sell them though.

There is no Mg in making a powerful fire cracker. I have made many but dont give out the recipe. You search the web and finding it it is easy. Can be very dangerous if you dont know what your doing
