DICY: who uses it?

I refer to 2-Cyanoguanidine, aka dicyandiamide, DICY: C₂H₄N_{4 .}

 

Who is using DICY in pyrotechnics?

 

I've used it with zinc dust and AP, with red gum, for gas generating, slow burning Jetex-type rocket fuel.
