Light the fuse and hold it out at arms length. Release it as it takes off.PGI safety personnel get testy when doing this. I say fuck-em. Use your non-dominant hand so you don't have to relearn how to write and wipe.Enjoy. (P.S. About this I'm not kidding, but only with rockets I've made myself. I also wasn't sure if the thrust encountering resistance from the launch tube wouldn't make flight changes. After looking all over the net I couldn't find anyone saying a "proper method" for efficient launches. Maybe it makes no difference. Just curious. I'm using a steel DIY 3 ring stand, but the black on it tells me "obstruction" even if it's not. Started to wonder if I'm doing this wrong.
