I have a couple different colored stars rolled up to about quarter inch and I was wondering if I could use c6 as the rest of the star and if c6 will be enough to light the colored portion. Carbon796 Posted June 13, 2020 Share Posted June 13, 2020 With nitrate/KP based colors you can use a kp/nitrate based hot prime. But, if you also make AP colors, you should use a KP only based hot prime, so it is compatible with everything you make. And, you don't have to keep mixing up different primes.
