Iceland
Dear Members, still have some KClO4 left from 2011, it used to be super potent and super fine sand type.. didn't have to mill it or anything.. but over the years it became less and less potent. should I "wake up the molecules"? by using just a stone pounder or should I mill it for long times? Piccaso
I would make sure it is dry either in a dehydrator or the oven at low heat and then mill it that should bring it back. The finer the particles the faster it will react, this goes for just about any chem. Edited December 30, 2019 by Piccaso
Iceland
Thanks a lot I got it back to work! I was wondering if someone does tests here, so I can see the quality of the perchlorate.
