insutama Posted September 29, 2019 Share Posted September 29, 2019 I have been out of the loop for awhile with this hobby been a couple years since i made any rockets but i still have all my tooling and chems. I wanted to make some 1/2" rockets for upcoming halloween and what do you all think would be my best bet with highest success nozzless BP rockets or nozzled BP rockets ? Im thinking nozzless would have a better chance of not CATO i cant remember thou should i wax my tubes when using nozzless rockets ? and if my memory serves me correct i should use ball milled hot BP with a bit of mineral oil. I also have some end burner tooling ill probally try making a few of these also with a nozzle should i use the same hot BP with the end burner nozzled or because its nozzled should i use a non ball milled green mix ? If you use mineral oil I haven't seen the need to wax my tubes.You'll need to ask Neighbor J or Caleb about the end burners.Join the discord server so you can ask questions in real time.
