Air pockets in fuel

Are you ramming your rocket tubes with melted Rcandy or casting it separate? I ram mine by simple hand pressure and never had a problem with air pockets (I have had other though!) A few thoughts; you ram should not be too tight of a fit to the I.D. of your rocket tubes. Melted Rcandy is rather viscous so even a good deal of clearance is no problem and the air needs to be able to escape. Fill your rockets in increments. If you running into air pocket problems, make your increments smaller. If you are doing multiple rockets at a time, keep some (not too much!) heat on your mixture while filling your rockets. That is about all I can think of. If you continue to have problems, maybe granulating your Rcandy and hard pressing your rocket tubes may be the way to go.

I second the below suggestion!
