Chinese NC fuse composition

The manufacturer informed me that they use a blend of 99% alcohol and acetone. The solid NC is first dissolved in acetone and then the 99% alcohol is added. (he did not inform me the amount of alcohol for lacquer NC) I've tried various proportions and the fuse just got softer with the addition of alcohol. Without alcohol, the fuse is more brittle. My cotton threads are not as full of black powder as the Chinese originals. After they dry, they cracking and dropping pieces of black powder. But the Chinese fuses do not occur, because even with the nail it is difficult to remove the black mass.Anyone have any ideas where I'm going wrong?thanks a lot guys.

The Chinese fuse does not appear the white strands of the string, and the mass is much more glued together

The mass of my fuse comes off easily when scraped with the nail, and the white fibers of the string appear.
