NeighborJ
I have faith that a working motor could be made using sulferless powder but the nozzle diameter would need to be decreased and I'm not sure if the motor would lift much more than a small report. Even sugar end burn motors of that size would be lacking in power. I know you have made some tooling in the past, you could experiment with the nitrate color formulas, they've been used in go-getters before.https://www.amateurpyro.com/forums/topic/12126-brilliant-color-rubber-stars-wo-perch/?hl=%2Bnitrate+%2Bcolored+%2Bstars Edited December 17, 2017 by NeighborJ

OldMarine
Find a vet to give you a script for sulfur for treating some mangy stray dogs. Tell him you're going to mix it in meat fat and paint it on their legs. Worth a try!
