Storage Requirements of Various Chemicals/Compounds

I've found some storage instructions for BP and completed pyrotechnics on various threads, however since I'd rather not surf Gov websites on these subjects, with good reason I think, can anyone tell me if there is a master document explaining in detail the requirements for storage of all chemicals considered precursors or 'dangerous' per ATF&E? (That's probably the answer, but they have a ton of docs.) Remember, I'm a newbie, so have sympathy please! 😉

Specifically, in my case, things like "Tannerite" type products. Does AN have to be stored a certain way, certain amount, etc.? How about the Al or other powdered metals? Or the chemicals for rimfire sensitive products? I'm being vague, because I don't want to violate any forum rules.

I also ask, because besides the safety issues, I noticed a recent case where a guy was prosecuted for improper storage of 'bad' chemicals (as defined by the Gov), so I'd really rather avoid such a situation. As another thread indicated, the local and Fed authorities can make the storage of any chemicals sound like a sinister plot, and crush you financially and legally.

I'd appreciate some assistance/guidance. If this is an improper topic, post, or in the wrong place, please correct with my apologies.
