Zmuro
Pirotex, thanks for sharing your tools dimensions and maximum load capacity regarding fuel type used.
DavidF
Yes, thanks! I notice that the BP spindle is quite long compared to what we use over here. It is very nice to see the tooling, formulas, details, and shells all together in one place. Thank you very much for doing all this work for us. Could you tell us about the fuel a little more? Is the potassium nitrate ballmilled to a fine powder for all fuels?
ExplosiveCoek
Do you use QM to ignite your rockets?
Pirotex
DavidF, all chemicals must be grinded and mixed very fine ExplosiveCoek, yes
mikeee
The spindle geometry would also work with whistle fuel.
greenlight
I have been looking for something like this even though I have an 8 oz rocket kit.Just tried the last fuel in section 2 for short motor in an 8 oz rocket with no heading and it had what seemed like very good thrust.Ball milled the chems for 20 mins together. Can't wait to try a heading when I get some hemispheres.
