BlueComet24
You can hear what sounds like breathing through a mask... I just hope it is a full-face mask... I don't use mask with powder Mg and powder Al since 1998. Well, now we know why it sounds like he's wearing a breathing mask. Aluminum powder is not readily removed from the lungs naturally, having a half-life of about 100 days 1. It can also be quite irritating (as with most dust), and may cause wheezing and dyspnea, or "potroom asthma" and pulmonary fibrosis 1. It has been shown to possibly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's disease 2. "Occupational aluminium exposure was significantly correlated with a variety of neuropyschiatric symptoms including; loss of coordination, loss of memory, and problems with balance" 1. Superfine Al powder can also can clog skin pores like this and may cause contact dermatitis 1. It's also very irritating to the eyes, although probably worse with coarser but dusty aluminum powder. 1. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2782734/2. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24142983

On being the cause Al is an assumption vague. At least to me it does not irritate the eyes, gives me dermatitis .What is should be very careful with: Barium Nitrate, powdered PVC, asbestos, derived from lead because all are carcinogenic and toxic.and my lungs are okay. My wheezing is only age fatigue rsrs Very grateful for the concern, I take care of myself more ..
