I was just looking at some thick wall NEPT end cuts that have been lying in the yard and have unfurled. They appear to have been rolled from three layers of at least 40# kraft stacked atop each other. I found no signs of offset in the layers though it's possible they cut the staggered sections off before and after rolling.

Come on! Name one other hobby in which you cheer as your money and hard work go up in smoke!

How do you prevent wrinkles? And also my tubes were dry but you could squeeze them and it would sort of warp. anyone know why?

So difficult to say, but if you follow the tutorial exactly there should be no problem. Keep the paste sparse consistent with a good bond. Try again and come back.... or message me direct.
