Not sure if we need to keep the composition wet during mixing? I found a lot of orpiment on the floor unburnt. Will stick to other formulas only for flares. FlaMtnBkr Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 (edited) That is likely a very old formula from before powdered metals were available (or at least very expensive- aluminum used to be an almost precious metal) and was the best option they had at the time.
