We have a 3-phase delta with a high resistance grounding system, always a joy working around equipment that has a fault

on one phase and keeps on running just waiting for another phase to fault out. I have seen 4000A bus duct evaporate and 1600A

copper bus bars in mcc sections blown apart. In the old days we could prevent these types of issues by making repairs in a timely

manner, now they have every excuse to postpone the repairs until a regular outage occurs. For some reason I don't feel much safer

with the new regulations in place.
