There are a few things that you NEVER mix together and there a few things that if you do mix together you treat especially carefully. If you can get Potassium Perchlorate it is a much safer alternative in most instances. With all due respect. If you have such a small amount of knowledge, flash powders are the last thing you should be attempting. It only goes wrong once with flash. No second chances. As stated above you need to research and study about what you are playing with. IMHO you don't have the experience or knowledge to be messing with things like flash. Just to explain the differences of what you call 'force'; BP has a lot of what we will call 'push' when it burns, it propels an anvil into the air by creating copious amounts of gas that push it up into the air. Your mixture would create a shock wave that would propel the anvil upwards but would be too 'brisiant' or explosive to do a good job of lifting it without also damaging the metal and surrounding people with high velocity fragments of steel and/or foreign matter.
