Just heard from my coworkers that PA just passed a law to allow the sale of some fireworks to PA residents. Wahoo!!!
I still need to investigate what this means but until now only novelty items have been allowed.

Neighbor, iirc we used to drive to Ohio to get the 'good stuff', when I lived in Fox Chapel (1970s). It'll be great if that changes.
