Over 20200 tomatoes have been killed in two counties here due to Dicamba neglect. I lost 420 plus 30 peppers, peaches, and plums and probably apples to.

Mike,

What do you mean by "neglect"? Are they directly spraying YOUR crops? (I'm not poo-pooing your statement, I just don't understand how Dicamba got on your veggies and fruits.)

If they really DID kill your crops that way, you have legal recourse, if you choose to pursue it. (presuming that you saved samples!)

They were spraying fields close to me with the wind blowing in my direction. They were told by Tn Ag. Dept, not to spray Dicamba around any property when the wind is blowing. Yesterday when Tn Ag. Dept was pulling tissue samples, that last year and this year there have been enough legitimate complaints that it will probably be banned in Tn. You are right LLoyd i am going to see my Attorney tomorrow, but we cant do anything till the tissue samples come back.

You have the right to complain about it. They're doing major damage to your produce. Ask your attorney for legal actions

Already in a lawsuit over it. Tn. has incorporated a $1500.00- $15000.00 fine for each complaint.

Lloyd i got a direct wind drift of Dicamba and 2-4D not an indirect drift caused by inversion. The wind was to high, i got plants that were killed up to 230 yds. Tn. Ag. pulled samples and came back positive, i also have a video. After the above posts, i wound up loosing my whole crop. I did a replant and i am only getting 1/2 of normal results.

If you ever heard of Ripley Tomatoes, they pretty much dont exist this year. The loss is up over 80000 plants now.
