Smokeless Stars?

Is it possible to make smokeless stars while they produce the same effect? I want to me able to shoot off some parlon rubber bound stars in the sky but do not want much smoke to accumulate. I am guessing my answer has something to do with Nitrocellulose. If there is a formula modification needed to do such a thing, use this formula:

Red:

Potassium Perchlorate: .3

Magnalium: .3

Strontium Carbonate: .2

Parlon: .15

Red Gum: .05

-Thanks!

It is possible to make low smoke stars. These are the kind of things used inside stadiums and arenas for instance. They're almost all based on nitrocellulose, or with carefully balanced ammonium perchlorate compositions. You have to balance the AP stuff to both produce little smoke, but also avoid over doing it and starting to produce HCl.
